We offer free UK Mainland delivery, except for Scotland, which requires a small charge to deliver to. Please contact us for exact details.

We also offer Saturday delivery for an additional £30.00 which will be added to your total when you select Saturday delivery at the basket stage of checkout.

Failed Deliveries

We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.

Damage

Bought for my 7 year old due to having a small room. Measurements are accurate. She is currently loving making the den space underneath her own. We left the back off of the wardrobe section so that she has her own secret entrance into her den behind the furniture. Underneath is spacious and we didn't fully push the furniture under the bed to give a couple more inches for her as well as some additional shelving space on top. Overall it's a study bed and we're really happy with the purchase.
