Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order at any time, as long as your order has not been dispatched or is a bespoke or personalised item.
Simply let us know in writing by emailing us via our contact us page. You can always call us and speak to one of the team too, but we will still require notification, via email, of your cancellation.
Unfortunately once your order has been dispatched it can not be cancelled but can be returned as per our returns policy.
Returns, Collection Charges and Refunds
If you have received your goods, but have decided that its not quite what you were looking for, then don't worry, you can return the goods and recieve a full refund, less our courier charges and any additional charges you may have paid (eg. weekend delivery, room of choice upgrade, 2 x man delivery upgrade, disposal of items, assembly of items and postcode surcharges), should you wish for us to arrange the collection.
If you would prefer to arrange your own courier to return your item(s), then that's fine too, just let us know which you'd prefer. However, if you wish to use your own courier, we cannot be responsible for any damage or loss incurred.
Please inform us in writing by emailing us via our contact us page that you wish to return the goods.
PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU NEED TO INFORM US WITHIN 14 DAYS BEGINNING ON THE DAY AFTER YOU RECEIVED YOUR GOODS THAT YOU WISH TO RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)
If you so wish to, you can use your own courier, at your own expense, to collect your goods.
If you wish for us to arrange the collection we only pass on to you the charge which we incur from our couriers, which start from around £20 for smaller items to £40 and upwards for bed frames and larger items. We will endevour to keep this cost as low as possible for you. Prices do vary dependant upon the weight of the goods so please contact us for an accurate collection charge.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the goods are well packaged, ideally in their originally boxes and you do have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in your posession.
We won't keep you waiting for your money back.
If you are using our courier to collect the goods, then we will refund you as soon as we have confirmation from our courier that the goods have been collected from you.
If you are using your own courier, then your refund will be processed once the goods are returned to our warehouse and inspected for possible damage.
Defective or missing parts:
If, in the rare event you are missing any parts or fixings, then please contact us immediately to allow us to get your parts to you straight away.
If you receive any items, or parts which are damaged then please contact us immediately and we'll sort it out straight away.
PLEASE NOTE: ALL DAMAGES NEED TO BE REPORTED WITHIN 14 DAYS, BEGINNING ON THE DAY AFTER YOU RECEIVED YOUR GOODS. THIS IS DEEMED TO BE A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO CHECK YOUR GOODS. IF YOU INFORM US AFTER THIS PERIOD, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS.
Please note that certain items cannot be returned such as mattresses, if the sealed bag has been opened or any items which have been part or fully assembled.
PLEASE BE AWARE that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession.
