Protect your mattress for 10 years* from the inevitable spills, sweat, dead skins cells and other associated food for dust mites and bed bugs. The "Miracle Membrane" within the protector is fully waterproof, but it also allows your mattress to breathe, reducing damp and humidity. By protecting your mattress, you are not allowing bacteria or mites and bugs to grow. The Cool contains organic tencel fibres, which makes it chemical free, and is thermo regulating, giving you a beautifully comfortable sleeping area.

We offer free UK Mainland delivery, except for Scotland, which may require a small charge to deliver to. Please contact us for exact details.
We also offer Saturday delivery for an additional £30.00 which will be added to your total when you select Saturday delivery at the basket stage of checkout.
Failed Deliveries
We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.
Damage
Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.
If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess any damage or issues.
