Good quality product in its price range. Sturdy, and nicely finished. It attached to a bed in a couple of minutes straight out of the box without any problems. Note that its appearance in the picture is significantly lighter than it is in reality. That suited me as I selected the black nickel option over the standard chrome finish because I wanted something darker. The picture shouldn't be depended upon other than for the design as it's slightly misleading.

For the price, what you get is absolutely amazing. Well designed unit with sturdy materials and ample storage room that is usually wasted with conventional beds. 
It is light so moving it around is done with ease, the faux leather does not look like leather at all but seems more like a synthetic rubber that show no sign of wear yet (ownership time 2 months). I would recommend this bed to anyone regardless of how much you are willing to spend. 
The lift mechanism cam lift my double mattress easily and seems well made with no speaking. The bed can support my weight at 189 lbs and my wife's weight at 120 lbs without issue. The bed is very low to the ground so getting up in the morning is easier than it used to be. 5 stars everyone.

We left the back off of the wardrobe section so that she has her own secret entrance into her den behind the furniture. Underneath is spacious and we didn't fully push the furniture under the bed to give a couple more inches for her as well as some additional shelving space on top. Overall it's a study bed and we're really happy with the purchase.

Many thanks for leaving the review. Even though the bed is 3 years old (2 years out of its guarantee) we did manage to get the parts sorted out for you from the manufacturer, for just £10 plus VAT, and informed you of this on the 8th of August, but you haven't got back to us.

Serene Lincoln 6ft Super Kingsize Oak Bed Frame 
This bed is not structurally sound & is potentially quite dangerous. Central support beam not very strong & inadequately supported. Snapped in two places the first night we slept on it. In their confirmation email (AFTER you've bought it), UK Bed Store (Bedz Bedzz and Bedrooms) include this passage:
"IMPORTANT - Please be aware that if you have purchased a bed frame which will be placed on hard flooring such as wood, laminate, tile etc you will require a non-slip material (which we do not supply) placing under the centre support legs. If this is not done then the centre support legs can move causing damage to the centre support rail which will not be covered under your guarantee."
Obviously a problem they're aware of. This warning applies to any type of flooring except carpeting (staff confirmed this to me).
Bed frame itself is lovely & quite good value, but design of central beam & support legs is seriously flawed & needs urgent revision. BUYER BEWARE.

Really poor quality. Screws missing, the slats are something akin to bolsa wood - leaves you with splinters and splinters as you try to put it into the plastic holders. The holders are very poor quality plastic and pieces were broken off in the packet. The frame is so lightweight that the quality of the metal is obviously really poor.
We would’ve sent it back had we not already dismantled the old bed and got rid of it.
I suspect if my daughter jumps on it, it will break.

You get 5* quality for an affordable price - you won't be disappointed at all!!!
In fact I would say the bed is better quality than your well known bed chain stores!

Really pleased with both the frame and the mattress protectors. The bed frame has really completed my daughter's bedroom and she loves it. Apparently it is very "princessy". My only complaint is that rather than sleeping in my king size bed with a 3 year old, I am now sharing her small double as she insists we sleep in it every night! The mattress protectors are great. I couldn't believe they were actually waterproof as you can't feel them under a thin cotton sheet at all. Unfortunately my daughter has already tested one but I am happy to report that they really are waterproof. I highly recommend them.

Very fast delivery with a choice of delivery dates, and informed by text on the day of the time of delivery within a one hour slot. Could not have asked for more. Easy to assemble, reasonable quality frame, good value for money. One small part was broken, and when I emailed to ask for a replacement part, I received a personal call to apologise, double check on exactly which part was broken and then advise how I could use the bed safely until the part was received. This was followed by early delivery of half a dozen of that part, then another call to check whether I had received them.
The best customer service I have had from any organisation in a long time. Highly recommended.

This is a good quality bed frame for the money and simple to construct. The next day delivery was spot on. One measurement I thought I'd share is the depth between mattress base and top of the foot end which is 10 and 3/8 inches deep. Being very tall, I would have found this useful to know to make sure our mattress depth was at least this so my feet drop over the end.

I’ve been so impressed with the customer service I’ve had from you guys. You’re lovely, friendly and professional people, very helpful.
You gave me all the info I needed and did everything you could to get my delivery date adhered to which was so very handy.
You also managed my expectations when we thought I may have to wait a few weeks for delivery – which I didn’t at all (I was actually trying to order the wrong item! You quickly put me right) Having email correspondence and even a couple of texts along the way, was great and I knew what was going on at every step of the way which was really important to me – thank you.
Bed Frame:
The bed frame itself is fabulous! I couldn’t be happier. It’s of a great quality, lovely finish in a creamy ivory colour which works well with my white bedroom and pink and blue pastel accent colours. I love the fact that the bed’s really quite high off the ground compared to other metal frame beds I’ve had (although you can make it slightly lower) and I can sit on it and swing my feet and feel like a kid again! 
It looks perfect in my newly decorated shabby chic room and with the new mattress and patchwork quilt duvet set, I can’t stop sneaking a peak whenever I’m passing my bedroom.

Came home from holidays, threw my heavy case on our old bed, and it snapped the frame at the headboard! Slept with 2 house bricks propping up the bed overnight.
The next day (Friday) I browsed the web & found the Serene Monza to be exactly the modern sleek white faux leather bed we were looking for, and UK Bed Store (Bedz Bedzz and Bedrooms) had it in stock...
Not only was it in stock, but when I rang them to confirm, Matt was very helpful & said if I got my order in before lunchtime, I would be able to get Saturday delivery.
The 2 drivers delivered 2 large boxes, and 1 small box to our bedroom, and were gone within 5 minutes of arriving.
The instructions for the bed were ok - the images were a bit blurred, but as long as you're a practical logical person, it went together quite easily.
Seems a solid construction, looks modern, and is deceptively high enough off the ground to store items under the bed out of the way.
Superb service, fast delivery next day on a Saturday to the room of our choice (I have a bad back!), and a great looking bed.

Bought this bed a few weeks ago. The bed is absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. The original one I was sent out was faulty because the screw that should have held it together was blunt. Therefore the middle collapsed easily. I called uk bedstores (Bedz Bedzz) on a Sunday evening and first thing Monday morning they called me back to make arrangements to rectify the problem jimmy and mat were absolutely amazing and helpful getting the parts I need to me. Their customer service was 5**** I've had no problems with the bed since. My only recommendation is that if you have wooden floors you need to buy grips for the legs of the bed to stop it moving around.

The bed it self is lovely, really needs 2 people to put together so don't try it yourself.
The delivery was perfect and delivered to room of my choosing which was a bonus as I live on the 3rd floor with no lift. Many other companies refuse to deliver to my flat let alone to room of choice.(also did I mention delivery is free)
Only concern is not the supplier but the manufacturer. The base board in side the storage area has screwed in rivets to raise of the floor. The screws where not flush and caused my wooden floor to be scratched. Also the base board is not fixed to bed fully and rests on floor. 
I would not recommend due to its low profile unless you have a carpeted floor. 
Other than that the bed so far is well made and comfortable so far with my memory foam mattress.
Floor bass board is only reason for 7/10 otherwise I would have given 10/10

The original frame was found to be damaged after unpacking. I emailed customer service with photos and Jim assured me I would get a replacement. The bed was replaced and the damaged one returned within a week. This delay was due to the supplier and not a reflection of the service I received from Jim. I was kept informed by email and phone and cannot fault Bedz Bedzz and Bedrooms. nThis is a lovely elegant bed frame. The design is understated and sophisticated. The frame has a satin finish and at first glance may look a little dull. Once assembled and in natural daylight the finish has a lovely sheen. The frame was easy to assemble, with one friend to help. It looks to be well constructed and very good quality. nIn summary, I am very pleased with the quality and price of the bed frame. Pleased with the speedy delivery and more than satisfied with the customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Wishing to purchase a new mattress i checked local retailers in my small town and was appalled at the prices, so i decided to brave this new world of internet shopping and after checking 5 sites i was lucky enough to discover your company

Frankly i dont know where to start with my praise so i guess its from my first telephone call to you when i spoke to Jim and when he quoted the price i realised the previous company i spoke to was £25 cheaper for the item and to my amazement he said he would match their price.

From then on it was just brilliant service and my mattress arrived on the day agreed and the driver even took the it upstairs for me

Frankly having read reviews on-line for other items i assumed a lot of them would be made up !!

I can assure you this is not and i am fighting the urge to put my name and telephone number on in case anyone wants to check it out
I actually saved £220.00 by dealing with you and my young brother is also about to place an order with you

i am still nervous about using the internet but my dealings with you have inspired me to consider it in the future.

This was purchased for my 10 year old daughter's bedroom. It took my husband just over an hour to assemble with 'help' from my daughter. It is well constructed and the crystal finials add a nice finishing touch without being too girly. There was plenty of space for my existing spare mattress to fit comfortably onto the truckle underneath. The truckle rolls out easily from underneath the main bed and the legs are simple to fix into an upright position. The mattresses can comfortably fit side by side either long ways or across which is useful if you want to use it as a bed for two, so that both people can have access to an open side. When used in conjunction with the truckle, the bed is about a superking size. Very happy with the purchase and the friendly yet professional correspondence from bedsinleek (UK Bed Store)too. We were given a three hour courier window on the day of delivery and the bed was indeed received well within this timeframe. Many thanks.

The bed itself is ok, the metal frame was dented and slightly bent and one of the panels that fit in the base was damaged on one corner, but couldnt face rigmarole of trying to get them replaced. Over all its a nice bed looks ok , not what you would call top quality but then it wasnt very expensive.
Cant fault bedz (UK Bed Store) service and would recommend for that.

the quality of the bed is as I expected, the faux leather is good quality and made well. the colour is the same as the image portrayed on my laptop, except not so pearlised in appearance. took one person to put together, It felt a bit wobbley until husband found the metal support rod hidden in the side of the box. This was bought for a young teenager so great for her. Too low for my old bones so check the height from floor for people with old bones, Ordering was easy, delivery was on time. Did not have to contact customer services so cannot comment on that, But bed looks great, daughter said comfortable to sleep with a slatted base, our first time for this style. For the price its a fab bed and recommend.

We purchased this mattress with the Elizabeth Ivory bedframe and are delighted with both. The mattress is very comfortable and we are very pleased with it. We've also received excellent Customer Service throughout and would definitely order from Bedz Bedzz & Bedrooms (UK Bedstore) again.

We are delighted with this bed which is excellent value for money and has the real wow factor. I am also extremely impressed with the Customer Service we received from Bedz, Bedzz & Bedrooms (UK Bed Store). We were contacted us after the bed arrived by one of their Customer Services tem (Marisha) to check everything was OK and when I told her that one set of plastic connectors for the bed slats were missing, she immediately contacted the supplier and the missing part arrived the next day. In this day and age it is extremely rare to receive such professional, prompt and friendly service and we would definitely use Bedz, Bedzz & Bedrooms again. Back to the bed - we had a slight problem putting it together as one screw wouldn't thread in, but on close inspection we found a little excess metal around the inside threading which my husband pulled out (it was probably from when they were welding the frame). Once that was pulled off, the screw went in and once built, the bed is extremely strong and sturdy and looks and feels like a much more expensive piece - we are really delighted with it.

But please make sure this isnt your first try at flatpacks, not for the faint hearted. Instructions not the greatest either. Make sure u have help and alot patients. Cant recommend this company enough. Arrived next day as promised. Slight problem, which was sorted asap. Would use again.

So glad I found this beautiful bed for my 4 year old daughter. The wood is beautiful & you can tell it's built to last whilst still retaining the delicate look you would want for a small child. It's very strong so will be able to take my daughters bouncing...
My daughter loves the teddy bear engraved on the headboard but when this is no longer the case you can reverse it so that it is plain which extends the life of the bed.
The slightly shorter length comes in handy too. 
It's very easy to put together - all you'll need is a screwdriver. 
This company are excellent also in keeping you informed of your order & the delivery was very fast.
Only thing keeping this from being 10/10 was inability to buy the wooden drawers underneath which I almost certainly would have done had they been made available. 
All in all a big thumbs up. Really chuffed to have found your site on Yell.com. Had searched the high street without finding anything special. This fits the bill perfectly
