The Sterling mattress by Sealy offers the firmest feel in the Enhance collection, without compromising on that all-important comfort.

Pocket springs offer a gentle level of support and work independently to respond to your body shape and create a personalised feel. The springs

are sewn together in their own pockets to reduce movement and provide a refreshing night’s sleep. Combined with our deepest layer of Geltex,

which offers pressure relief to the areas of your body that need it most. Geltex is reactive to both shape and movement and offers breathability in

abundance, allowing air to circulate through the mattress easily and regulating your temperature as you sleep.

The Sterling mattress is single sided, and finished with a quilted surface for an added touch of luxury.

Delivery Charges

We offer free UK Mainland delivery, except for Scotland, which requires a small charge to deliver to. Please contact us for exact details.

We also offer Saturday delivery for an additional £30.00 which will be added to your total when you select Saturday delivery at the basket stage of checkout.

Failed Deliveries

We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.

Damage

Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.

If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess any damage or issue.

We're here to help you every step of the way, our customers happiness is always our number one aim. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess packaging is adequate for our couriers to collect.

We, including manufacturers and any couriers we use, try at all times to deliver on time and without error, but in a minority of orders problems may arise. Therefore, PLEASE DO NOT dispose of your existing item(s) until you have received your delivery from us and checked it for any signs of damage and/or missing parts. Thank you.
