The mattress on the Hypo Allergenic Superior has anti allergenic fillings, fantastic for people suffering from asthma or other allergies. The fillings in this mattress also combine with the individual pocket springs to give excellent support and comfort. A fantastic 2000 pocket spring count (5ft king size) will support your body wonderfully to give you a great night's sleep. The quality Belgian damask cover is hand tufted, with no need to turn over. A simply beautiful divan bed.

Failed Deliveries

We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.

Damage

Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.

If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess damage or issues.

Please be aware that it is fully the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the items will go into the property, (and in the case of "room of choice" deliveries, being delivered up stairs or to room of choice) and carton sizes can be provided to you on request. If, upon or after delivery, the items will not fit in the property, or up any stairs, or into a certain room, then this will be classed as a "failed delivery" and the customer will be responsible for any "failed delivery" charges (including any extra you may have paid to upgrade to this service) or collection charges incurred by ourselves.. 9.12 (b) and 10.10 (d) in our Terms And Conditions.
