The popular Flexcell pocket comprises 1200 foam encased pocket springs with 50mm of memory foam with Sleepcool Cover.

Pocket springs are housed in separate fabric pockets which respond individually to the shape of the sleeper's body offering excellent support and no roll together.

On top of the pocket springs there is a 50mm layer of memory foam which contours to the body shape and provides the correct support for the head, neck, shoulders, hips, pelvic area, calves and heels thus promoting correctness helping to lessen aches and pains.

The Flexcell Pocket 1200 mattress is dust mite resistant and the luxurious quilted cover adds an extra comfort layer, and can be removed for cleaning. The cover also features Sleepcool technology, keeping the mattress at optimum sleeping temperature to enhance your sleeping experience.

Once you remove the mattress from the packaging the mattress will start to form immediately however it can take a few hours to reach its full shape.

Failed Deliveries

We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.

Damage

Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.

If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess damage or issues.
