This firm Novello mattress features the fantastic Sleepzone spring system. The Sleepzone Spring Unit consists of springs that are linked across the length of the mattress, allowing weight to be distibuted head to toe and is more supportive than a traditional Bonnell spring system. A traditional tufted, damask cover surrounds this great value, firm mattress.

Failed Deliveries

We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.

Damage

Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.

If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess any damage or issue.
