The Venice 4ft6 double mattress by La Romantica.

The Venice is a fantastic combination of pocket springs and memory foam. Designed to give you a wonderfully supportive and comfortable nights sleep, the Venice has a great 1500 pocket springs (5ft size) to give you ultimate support with less roll together and a 5cm layer of quality V60 memory foam ON BOTH SIDES of the mattress. A beautiful, soft stretch cover surrounds the mattress, which also benefits from turning handles and metal air vents.

Failed Deliveries

We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.

Damage

Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.

If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess damage or issues.

Please be aware that it is fully the responsibility of the customer to make sure that the items will go into the property, (and in the case of "room of choice" deliveries, being delivered up stairs or to room of choice) and carton sizes can be provided to you on request.
