The Monaco is part of the Romantiflex range, and is the most popular of the collection. Giving you the optimum sleep experience, this range offers the height of comfort and luxury, coupled with support where you need it most during your sleep cycle. The beautiful Talalay latex on top of the 1000 pocket spring count unit helps relieve pressure points while keeping you cooler too. With handles for easier turning, and a vent strip around the border to give the mattress all important air circulation.

Failed Deliveries

We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.

Damage

Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.

If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess damage or issues.
