The Swan 4 is not only sturdy and stylish but is also very pratical, this high sleeper bed really does tick all the boxes. 

The Swan 4 high sleeper offers a stylish sleeping and study area.  Underneath the high sleeper there is a good sized work desk, perfect for work and play and there is a handy bookshelf with a rail below which is ideal for that all important extras storage.  The steps themselves are nice and wide, perfect for little feet.

Delivery Charges

We offer free UK Mainland delivery, except for Scotland, which requires a small charge to deliver to. Please contact us for exact details.

We also offer Saturday delivery for an additional £30.00 which will be added to your total when you select Saturday delivery at the basket stage of checkout.

Failed Deliveries

We'd hate to miss you. Exact times for deliveries cannot be guaranteed, so please try and make sure someone is on hand to take your delivery. If you miss your delivery, we will pop a card through your letter box for you to get in touch to re-arrange delivery.

Damage

Please make sure to inspect your delivery as soon as you receive it. If the packaging looks damaged, please make a note of it when you sign for it and contact us if there is a problem. We want to make sure you're 100% happy with your delivery.

If, in the very rare event of missing or damaged parts or fixings, contact us immediately so we can get your replacement items to you as soon as possible. We will ask for photos to be emailed to us so we can assess any damage or issue.
